Cookie Dough Cake

Savour the decadence of our Cookie Dough Cake. Three layers of brown sugar vanilla sponge, studded with chocolate chips, filled with vanilla flavoured buttercream with a hint of salt and chunks of cookie dough. Decorated with more vanilla buttercream, a chocolate ganache drip and cookie dough chunks.

8-inch cake | Serves Approx 16-20 people.

We bake in an environment that handles; GLUTEN, MILK, EGGS, SOYA, SESAME, CELERY, NUTS, PEANUTS, FISH, MUSTARD and SULPHITES. We also use ingredients that are produced in factories where all above allergens and LUPIN, MOLLUSCS and CRUSTACEANS may be present therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our cakes are free from the above.
