Raspberry & White Chocolate Cake

3 layers of raspberry ripple vanilla sponge, filled with white chocolate flavoured buttercream and raspberry jam. Decorated with mini meringues dipped in white chocolate and freeze dried raspberries, white chocolate hearts, a white chocolate drip, raspberry flavoured buttercream and raspberry jam. 

8-inch cake | Serves Approx 16-20 people.
